Membership/Customer Service AdministratorLondon Part-time Job Share Wednesday and Thursday, 9:30am-5:30pmMerrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with an International Legal Membership Organisation to recruit a Membership/Customer Service Administrator for a part-time job share position, working Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:30am-5:30pm.Summary of the roleThis is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused Membership/Customer Service Administrator to join an established international membership organisation.The role will provide a varied mix of membership administration, customer service, database management, sales support and events administration.We are looking for someone proactive, professional and detail-focused, who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering an excellent service to members and stakeholders.Details of the roleYou will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of membership and customer service activities. You will be a key point of contact for members, responding to enquiries by telephone and email and ensuring that queries are dealt with accurately and promptly.The role offers plenty of variety, with responsibility for maintaining accurate membership records, supporting the annual membership renewal process, processing applications and payments, assisting with events administration and promoting membership products and services.You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, as well as ..... full job details .....
