Membership Support Advisor

You will then process these membership queries in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and actively engage with our members to give the best possible quality and service.Based at a hub within our Hatfield David Lloyd Club, you will work as part of a team focused on providing outstanding service and support to our members. This role is based in one of our Membership Hubs, with working hours of either 9:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00, offering a consistent and structured working pattern.
