membership engagement, partnership development, and new business growth .As Membership and Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality member communications, growing the membership base, and securing commercial partnerships that support events and thought-leadership initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage and Retain Members

– act as first point of contact, run surveys, manage onboarding, and develop strategies to strengthen engagement.Target New Members

– build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline, lead campaigns, and support senior leadership with membership growth activity.Develop Partnerships

– secure and deliver sponsorships across events and programmes, ensuring seamless partner experience.Support Emerging Leaders

– help to foster a thriving network of early-career professionals within the membership.Drive Continuous Improvement

– oversee CRM processes, analyse engagement data, and refine systems to support retention and growth.About YouStrong track record in
