We’re looking for a dynamic

Membership and Community Director

to lead and grow the membership community. You’ll own the entire membership journey, from outreach and onboarding to engagement and retention—ensuring the community thrives and delivers value to its members.Drive membership growth by leading marketing and sales of the flagship leadership experience.Build and nurture a strong pipeline of community members (target: 4 cohorts of 40–50 participants).Convert participants into paying members.Design and execute a global annual programme of events (virtual and in-person).Strategically connect members to accelerate impact and foster partnerships.Develop and implement engagement strategies to boost member retention.Take ownership of membership targets and strategy, driving long-term business impact.What We’re Looking For:

6–8 years of experience in membership sales, business development, or community growth.Proven success in building and scaling paid communities.Strong communication and leadership skills, with high emotional intelligence.Experience in working with corporates, founders, and investors is a big plus.Strategic thinker with a passion for impact and positive change.Why Join?
