Location: Sheffield | Salary: £16.23/hour | Type: Contract | Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Personal Advisor to join Sheffield City Council on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities To provide confidential and proactive personal assistant service and customer services support to lead Members. To provide proactive complex diary management To arrange a variety of meetings, high profile events and, including venues, refreshments, invitations, travel, accommodation, and attendance at conferences within the City, nationally and internationally To support and take accurate records of complex meetings. To maintain and assist with the development of information systems and related procedures. Essential Requirements Experience working as a member support personal advisor- Advanced word processing qualification i.e. RSA 3 or equivalent.
