Member Events Manager / London / £35,000 to £43,000 per annum depending on experience

We are seeking a Member Events Manager to join our dedicated Member Events department. You will be instrumental in the planning and delivery of our social events calendar, which ranges from intimate bridge matches to large-scale annual events that can attract up to 5,000 members and guests. Our notable annual events include Hurlingham Sunday, the Family Picnic, Fete Champetre, Hurlingham Fiesta, and Guy Fawkes.

Reporting to the Head of Member Events, you will work an average of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Please note that this role requires some evening and weekend work, for which time in lieu will be provided.

Key Responsibilities of the Member Events Manager:

  • Assist the Head of Member Events in the organisation of the Club’s social programme and leisure activities.
  • Take full responsibility for a portfolio of events and activities, working closely with various Sub-Committees and working groups.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Head of Member Events.
