In return, the company offers a highly competitive salary, excellent benefits package, and a performance-related bonus of up to circa 4,300+ per year on top of your salary.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the operation of industrial furnaces including melting processes Prepare charges, mix materials, and load furnaces safely and efficientlyCarry out crucible, refractory, and mould preparation activitiesOperate overhead cranes and forklift trucks for material movementLoad and unload heat treatment furnacesComplete quality documentation and maintain accurate production recordsConduct furnace cleaning, routine maintenance, and housekeeping activitiesAdhere to all health, safety, quality, and environmental proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the production areaSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience within a heavy manufacturing, foundry, metals, forging, heat treatment, or furnace environmentExperience operating or supporting melting, heat treatment furnaces, or similar industrial hot ..... full job details .....
