You will be responsible for managing projects in accordance with NEC contract requirements, ensuring the proactive identification and management of risk, robust change control, and effective management of commercial obligations. You will be accountable for ensuring all works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme and within budget. A strong focus on achieving safety targets is essential, with a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe working practices or behaviours. You will lead and actively engage project delivery and construction teams to promote a positive safety culture and drive successful project outcomes.
