MEICA Project Manager

Carmichael are seeking a MEICA Project Manager to join the ream working on Water Projects based in East Sussex. The Role As a MEICA Project Manager, you will provide experienced leadership and demonstrable MEICA installation expertise to successfully deliver projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for managing projects in accordance with NEC contract requirements, ensuring the proactive identification and management of risk, robust change control, and effective management of commercial obligations. You will be accountable for ensuring all works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme and within budget. A strong focus on achieving safety targets is essential, with a zero tolerance approach to unsafe working practices or behaviours. You will lead and actively engage project delivery and construction teams to promote a positive safety culture and drive successful project outcomes. Working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, designers and internal teams, you will plan, coordinate and manage MEICA project activities in compliance with NEC processes. This includes programme management, early warnings, compensation events, cost control and timely decision making to protect both Barhale s and the client s interests.
