MEI Supervisor

M/E/I Supervisor Lead maintenance teams and support reliable plant performance Wolviston Management Services is proud to be working in partnership with Tioxide to recruit an M/E/I Supervisor for their Greatham site. This is a key maintenance leadership role where you will lead the plant Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument technician team in the safe, efficient and effective delivery of the weekly maintenance plan. You will support priorities, remove blockers, monitor progress and help ensure maintenance work is delivered safely, on time and to the right standard. You will work closely with the Area Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager and plant teams to maintain performance, support continuous improvement and develop technician capability. What you ll be doing You will: Lead delivery of the weekly maintenance plan in line with area requirements. Ensure priorities are clearly defined, agreed and delivered against targets. Control and direct maintenance activities within the plant area. Ensure work meets legislative, group and site safety, engineering and quality standards. Use short interval control to support technicians, remove blockers and resolve issues quickly. Maintain good industrial relations, discipline, timekeeping and performance. Ensure work is delivered to a high standard and within scheduled completion dates. Lead and motivate team members in continuous improvement and maintenance excellence.
