You’ll bring excellent writing skills, a broad understanding of multiple therapeutic areas, and experience in both medical education and promotional campaigns.As part of a talented and collaborative team, you’ll be supported by colleagues who are committed to helping you grow and develop. Your expertise will help shape strategy and deliver solutions that truly make a difference in healthcare.Key responsibilitiesCreate high-quality, scientifically accurate, and engaging content across a wide range of deliverables, including medical education, promotional and congress materials, both print and digitalTranslate complex scientific data into clear, impactful communications tailored to diverse audiencesAct as a scientific lead across key accounts, offering insights into new therapy areas and supporting the strategic development of existing onesProvide expert scientific guidance to clients and internal teams, helping shape strategy and enhance project valueLead client communications and contribute to meetings, workshops, advisory boards and pitchesCollaborate with the design team to create visually engaging and medically accurate assetsEnsure all content adheres to editorial standards, compliance codes, and industry regulationsMentor and support junior writers, offering editorial oversight and fostering professional developmentManage multiple priorities and complex projects with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organisational and project management skillsAct as an ambassador for Mednet Health, contributing to a positive team culture and upholding our agency valuesEssential criteriaExpertise across multiple therapeutic areas, ideally including oncology, immunology and haematologyA strong ability to interpret and communicate scientific information with creativity and clarity across different media and formatsA strategic mindset with a good understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and positioningExperience developing tailored, audience-appropriate content across various channels and formatsConfidence in contributing to client pitches, workshops, and strategic discussionsA collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplinesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and a solid understanding of editorial standards and compliance requirementsA proactive, curious, and solutions-focused attitude with a willingness to challenge ideas and explore new approachesA commitment to our values: continuously evolve, maintain quality and build social valueA strong degree in a life science or medical disciplineAt least 5 years’ experience in a healthcare communications agency or pharmaceutical environmentBenefits25 days holiday (additional leave for 5 years worked)Work from home / flexitimeContributory pension (from day 1)Private healthcare (subject to successful completion of probation)Wellness programmePersonal development planCompany social events throughout the yearPaid volunteer timeIncome protection (subject to successful completion of probation)Referral bonus schemeBuying and selling holiday scheme (subject to successful completion of probation)Sabbatical schemeBirthday vouchersElectric car lease scheme (TBC)Training and development plans and training grantsFriday early finishLocation:
