This role focuses within Oncology (Solid Tumours) and is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to move into a field-facing role within Medical Affairs.Main Responsibilities include:Interact on behalf of the Medical Affairs team with KOLs/thought leaders across the UK concerning their needs for scientific knowledge in chosen therapeutic areaProvide quality scientific exchange or education programmes on scientific matters to physicians and other relevant HCPsAssisting the Med Managers, Medical Advisors with business/clinical strategy and tactical plan developmentMaintaining business and medical knowledge of chosen therapeutic area, including current treatment strategies, current and pending competitors, plus new therapeutic developmentsDeliver credible presentations on scientific matters to physicians, individually or in groups (meetings, clinical sessions, etc.), where requestedIdentify thought leaders to engage in collaborative efforts such as potential research collaborations, or educational and advisory roles (Advisory Boards, Congresses, Symposia, etc.)Skills/experience required:Advanced Degree in Medicine, Science, Pharmacy or similar ..... full job details .....
