This role sits on the Southern Sales Team and is fully remote; the territory is located close to the M25.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed assigned KPIs (sales targets) by promoting RLTD solutions to existing and potential customers.
Proactively maintain existing business while driving growth through issue resolution and by managing complex sales situations from proposal to contract negotiation with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and team.
Manage the sales process and lead project teams.
Own and manage relationships with all customer stakeholders and decision makers.
Monitor and report on competitor and marketplace trends to ensure our win rate is maintained.
Plan and organize cost-effective call programs to reach all key customers in the territory and coordinate with other sales project colleagues as needed.
Essential Requirements
Knowledge of point-of-care (POC) and/or laboratory diagnostic equipment.
Knowledge of laboratory medicine, specifically POC, as practiced in NHS laboratories.
Professional selling skills and understanding of purchasing methods employed by public organisations.
Formal sales training and a track record of sales excellence and attainment.
Desirable
Degree, preferably BSc in Science.
