This is a fast paced role with changing priorities and a varied workload, so experience of working within a recruitment team, recruitment procedures and polices is important. Previous experience in a medical recruitment role would be an advantage. You’ll be an effective communicator as you’ll be supporting managers in compliance and safe professional recruitment practices. In addition to this, you will be ensuring our candidates are well informed and able to complete recruitment and on-boarding procedures in a timely manner.
