A highly regarded business is seeking a patient-focused Medical Receptionist to join their team on the outskirts of Epsom.The RoleAs a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact for patients, supporting them throughout their journey from initial enquiry through to aftercare.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcoming patients and providing a professional front-of-house experienceManaging patient enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face communicationCoordinating appointments, clinic schedules, and patient flowUpdating and maintaining accurate patient records and internal systemsSupporting the patient journey from initial consultation through to aftercareHandling payments and general administrative dutiesCarrying out follow-up communication and post-appointment callsLiaising with clinicians and the wider team to ensure a seamless patient experienceEnsuring all records and documentation are maintained accurately and confidentiallyThe CandidatePrevious experience within a reception, healthcare, or customer-facing office roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable working within a fast-paced environmentStrong IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeProfessional, empathetic, and proactive approachFlexible team player with a positive attitudeThe PackageMonday to Friday working hoursStarting salary of 26,000 per annum25 days holiday plus bank holidaysAmazing company benefits provided This is a fantastic ..... full job details .....
