This position is for maternity cover (1 year). The successful candidate will be working 20 hours per week working either 9am - 1pm or 1pm-5pm on a rota basis Job Duties The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a busy team Answering the phones Booking appointments You must be able to screen calls and be able to direct to the correct department Essential Criteria 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent Have 6 months or more experience of working directly with members of the public in the last three years Experience of answering telephones in a high call volume office environment and have experience working as part of a team.
