Medical Receptionist

Are you immediately available and happy to take on a temporary contract?

Do you have previous NHS Gp experience using Systmone or Emis?

We are working with a lovely GP Practice in Cambridge area who require the support of a Medical Receptionist/ Administrator on a temporary basis to start with the possibility of being taken on permanent.

Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with a good working knowledge of EMIS or SystmOne, and previous experience working within a GP surgery, along with an excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.

- Taking inbound calls from patients

- Booking Appointments

- Post

- Scanning of documents

- Updating patient details onto the database
