Candidates will hold 5 GCSE''s (Grade A to C inc. English and Maths or an equivalent qualification) have at least 1 years'' experience in a reception / customer care role preferably in a medical environment and experience of administrative tasks and be fully computer literate. Duties include: Acting as a first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling patient requests and queries in person, by telephone and e-mail, liaising with external agencies and the wider healthcare team, general administrative duties.
