Managing your own caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.Assisting senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims across a wide range of medical disciplines.Delivering consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless and high-quality service.Qualifications
3+ years PQE in Clinical Negligence, with a strong background in Claimant work.Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated claims.The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice.Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high-value complex cases.The ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.About the Team and Role

We are currently looking to add a talented Solicitor/Associate to our leading Medical Negligence team based in the North West, with hybrid working from our Manchester and/or Liverpool offices. Our clinical negligence team has extensive experience in claims including obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric care.As part of the firm''s onboarding process, all successful applicants are required to complete the employment screening process to ensure standards of honesty and integrity are met, including eligibility to work in the UK, criminal record and financial checks with trusted third parties.
