Role OverviewA leading national law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its highly regarded Medical Negligence team, with the role available in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised claimant clinical negligence practice known for handling complex and high-value claims and delivering life-changing outcomes for clients.You will join an experienced and supportive team working on a wide range of medical negligence matters, including birth injuries, delayed diagnoses, fatal claims and inquests. Alongside managing your own caseload, you will also assist senior lawyers on complex and high-value litigation across a variety of medical disciplines.This role offers the chance to develop your expertise within a collaborative and well-resourced team that is recognised for both its technical excellence and its compassionate approach to client care.Candidate Profile / Experience Needed Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years'' PQEStrong claimant Clinical Negligence experienceProven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated mattersExperience supporting senior colleagues on complex or high-value claimsExcellent communication and client care skillsAbility to provide clear, empathetic advice to clients during sensitive situationsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment What''s on Offer?
