This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced case handler who has prior exposure to medical negligence matters and is confident managing their own caseload.The firm is open to candidates who are not yet qualified, provided they can demonstrate strong file handling experience within medical negligence.Job Title: Medical Negligence Fee Earner Location: Blackburn Salary: 25,000+ per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentResponsibilities as a Medical Negligence Fee Earner:Managing a caseload of medical negligence claims from inception through to settlementHandling pre- and post-litigation matters with minimal supervisionDrafting legal documents including Letters of Claim, witness statements, and schedules of lossLiaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and third partiesReviewing medical records and instructing appropriate expertsEnsuring compliance with relevant protocols and procedural rulesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date case management recordsWorking towards individual and team targets About you as a Medical Negligence Fee Earner:Previous experience handling medical negligence files (essential)Ability to manage a caseload independentlyStrong understanding of the litigation process and pre-action protocolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention ..... full job details .....
