Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist - German speakingRole type: Temporary (PAYE or Umbrella)Duration: 12 monthsLocation: SurreyI am currently working with a Global Pharmaceutical Organization who have a key contract opportunity within their Medical Information team, based in their offices in Surrey. The client requires the successful candidate to be fluent in German (native speaker) and English as both languages are pivotal for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who ideally possesses 1-2 years of Medical Information or other relevant experience. Ideal applicants will have up to 4 weeks'' notice, applicants with strong experience and longer notice periods may also be considered. This role is office-based but will offer some flexibility for home-working.Main Responsibilities may include:Provide technical and medical information proficiently in the local languageResearch and generate responses for medical enquiries in EnglishAssist with second-line content management activitiesCreate and maintain Medical Information documentsMaintain broad knowledge and understanding of designated therapeutic areaMaintain compliance with relevant training, SOPs etc.Skills/experience required:Life sciences degree and/or postgraduate qualificationPrior experience within Medical Information (or other relevant activities) needed (1-2 years ideally)Proficiency within German (C2, mother tongue) and English is essentialStrong oral and written communication ..... full job details .....
