Medical Events Project Co-ordinator

Our client, a leading medical education and media publishing organisation, is looking to recruit a Medical Events Project Coordinator to join their collaborative Projects Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of virtual and face-to-face educational programmes, partnering with leading physicians, global healthcare organisations and internal specialist teams to deliver engaging, impactful content. As a Medical Events Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of client-funded educational programmes from initial planning through to publication. You''ll coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The role is hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 from home) and comes with excellent benefits. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating virtual and live educational events, including webinars, interviews, round tables, peer-to-peer discussions and symposia. Managing project timelines, schedules and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Liaising with leading physicians, key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders. Working closely with internal teams including Account Management, Marketing, Medical Writing, Education and Digital Media. Supporting client communications and providing regular project updates.
