The role will improve quality by ensuring that equipment is always available and fully functional, facilitate training to all levels of staff as required, implement quality improvements and continuously assure the highest standards are maintained in all aspects of services. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities: Commit to and take responsibility for learning and progression under the supervision of the Training Manager, Head of Managed Service Operations and senior colleagues.Engage upon a development plan to further advance skills and experience.
