You''ll be responsible for delivering profitable revenue, scaling customer acquisition, and maximising return on media investment across the full funnel.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the media performance strategy to drive revenue and customer growthPlan and execute integrated campaigns across digital and offline channelsManage and optimise paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and videoOversee offline media (TV, press, direct mail) to drive online salesAnalyse performance using GA4 and other platforms to identify optimisation opportunitiesLead attribution and incrementality testing across channelsManage media budgets, forecasting, and spend allocationCollaborate with internal teams and external agenciesLine manage 2 team membersRequirements5-7+ years'' experience in performance marketing or e-commerce mediaStrong hands-on experience with digital advertising platformsExperience running integrated online and offline campaignsStrong understanding of KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rateConfident using GA4 and performance analytics toolsExperience managing large budgets and delivering against targetsBackground in e-commerce, retail, or DTC brands preferredWhat''s on OfferOpportunity to drive measurable business growthExposure to both digital and offline media channelsFast-paced, collaborative environmentClear ..... full job details .....
