Media Account DirectorLondon | Hybrid | upto £65k depending on experienceI''m working with a growing independent B2B agency looking for a Media Account Director to join their London team.This is a genuinely hands-on, omnichannel media role, owning senior client relationships, shaping integrated media strategy, leading planning and developing the team.The roleOwn a portfolio of 3 to 5 B2B clients, including a major international account.Lead senior client relationships across EMEA, APAC and North America.Develop integrated media strategies across digital and traditional channels.Work across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, OOH and emerging channels.Translate wider business and marketing objectives into clear media strategies and plans.Oversee planning, activation, optimisation and reporting across the media mix.Manage budgets, forecasting, account growth and commercial performance.Lead and develop junior team members.Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business.Help develop the agency''s increasingly AI-led approach to media.We''re looking forMedia AD or experienced Senior Account Manager ready to step up.Strong B2B agency experience.Excellent omnichannel media strategy and client leadership capability.Comfortable operating across both digital and traditional media.Experience with biddable channels, alongside broader media planning.Comfortable in an independent/lean agency environment.Commercially sharp with strong attention to ..... full job details .....
