Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will contribute to the design and development of bespoke positioning and automation systems, supporting projects throughout the engineering lifecycle from initial concept and prototyping through to testing, validation and production. Key Responsibilities Develop electromechanical positioning systems and bespoke engineering solutions to meet customer requirements. Support motor sizing, actuator selection, control system selection and associated engineering activities. Produce electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and supporting technical documentation. Contribute to software and graphical user interface development for product control systems. Undertake hands-on prototype assembly, testing, troubleshooting and validation activities.
