Overview An established UK engineering company is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to develop advanced electromechanical positioning and automation systems for high-performance applications. Working with a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will support projects from concept through production, contributing to design, prototyping, testing and validation. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop electromechanical systems and bespoke engineering solutions. • Support motor sizing, motion control selection and system integration. • Produce electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documentation. • Assist with software/HMI development for control systems. • Build, test and validate prototypes. • Participate in design reviews, engineering change activities and continuous improvement. • Support production, reliability testing and quality compliance. • Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, software and manufacturing teams.
