Ready to come off the tools and pass on what you know? We''re looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer who wants to move into teaching and help shape the next generation of engineering talent. You don''t need a teaching qualification or any previous teaching experience. Our client will fund and support you through a full teacher training pathway, from a Level 3 Award in Education and Training through to a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, while you earn a full salary. Your hands-on industry experience is what matters most. You will be given training, mentoring and support to turn that experience into outstanding teaching, learning and assessment for our funded and non-funded learners and apprentices.
