We are currently recruiting-for a Mechanical-Test Technician-to join a leading Engineering company based in-Fareham.

Introduction
To perform short and long-term mechanical testing operations on composite, polymeric and metallic specimens, and assemblies, working to project plans and timescales

Ideal Experience
The Mechanical Test Technician role would suit someone with a-Mechanical-background in either Assembly, Fitting or Maintenance looking to advance their skills. -Someone that has good problem solving skills, works well in a team with strong time management and communication skills.- IT literacy will also be required due to the documentation of the tests so ideally needing-Word and Excel skills

Desirable:
Any experience of working with instrumentation, installation of sensors, fitting gauges onto components, fault finding, testing, calibration and maintaining test equipment would be an advantage.-

Salary27K - -34K
Hours-Monday to Friday
