Main Responsibilities: Carry out reactive repairs, fault finding, servicing, commissioning, and planned maintenance on a variety of services, plant, and equipment, including boiler systems, AHUs, and chiller plants. Provide detailed assessments and risk evaluations for significant shutdowns and operations to the management team. Plan and schedule maintenance activities and coordinate with contractors effectively. Conduct analysis and diagnosis of faults in complex equipment.
