The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, safety and compliance, responding to equipment failures and supporting the smooth operation of a busy working environment. This is a hands-on role suited to a competent Mechanical Technician with strong maintenance and fault-finding experience. Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative and responsive mechanical maintenance. Responding promptly to plant and equipment failures to minimise downtime. Maintaining and repairing mechanical systems and associated equipment. Working with pressure systems, steam and piped gas systems. Carrying out maintenance across water, HVAC and other building services systems. Supporting the maintenance of automatic doors and other mechanical equipment.
