Mechanical Technician (Afternoon Shift)Permanent EmploymentTewkesburyAerospace Engineering£33,849 + 24% Shift Uplift (£41,972) Afternoon Shift Pattern: Monday and Tuesday - 2pm to 9.15pmWednesday and Thursday - 2pm to 9.30pmFriday - 11.30am to 7.30pm The Role Mechanical TechnicianWe are seeking a number of skilled Mechanical Fitter/Technicians to join a busy manufacturing business in the North Gloucestershire area.This role would be suitable for Fitters and Technicians who have served a full apprenticeship and hold suitable qualifications to gain stamp holder recognition.You''ll need to have clear experience in working on complex assemblies inclusive of hydraulic components, with aerospace experience seen as a major bonus. Key Responsibilities Mechanical Technician Finding and testing faults of small, complex mechanical systems.Assembling of complex hydraulic products.Reading engineering drawings.Completing Quality Audits.Repairing faulty builds.
