Main ResponsibilitiesDeliver and manage mechanical maintenance and asset sustainability projects.Act as Contract Administrator for allocated projects and maintenance programmes.Oversee contractors, compliance activities, and statutory inspections.Support mechanical compliance activities including: Water hygiene and Legionella controlGas safetyPool plant maintenanceUndertake site surveys, condition surveys, audits, and asset management activities.Manage project budgets and monitor expenditure.Provide technical advice to clients and support emergency situations.Participate in an out-of-hours emergency rota.
