Responsibilities Mechanical Technician Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery and site equipment. Respond to breakdowns and mechanical faults to minimise production downtime. Diagnose mechanical faults using systematic fault-finding techniques. Repair, replace and maintain bearings, belts, chains, gears, pumps, valves, seals and drive systems. Work on conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging machinery, fillers, dosing systems and processing equipment.
