The Role
 
As the Mechanical Technician, you’ll:

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance across various mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults to ensure optimal performance.
• Clear blockages and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Fulfill duties as an Authorised Person (AP) and Competent Person (CP).
• Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week per month) to provide emergency support.

To be successful in the role of Mechanical Technician, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• Strong fault-finding skills in HVAC, plumbing, and boiler systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
