Mechanical Technician - Culham, Didcot (12 months)

Good Morning!We are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Technician in Culham, Didcot for a great project, a contract inside IR 35, for 12+ months that is ran by a Public Sector Authority.About the role:As a mechanical technician you would be expected to supervise mechanical fitters and other junior craft effort.Mechanical systems to include vacuum, cooling, pressurised and electro-magnetic.This shall include construction of new systems and maintenance of existing systems including fault finding, and repair. Essential Experience Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Equivalent qualifications to those stated will be considered).Worked in an industrial setting, specifically mechanical assembly and maintenanceExperience of vacuum systems and understanding of electrical work, would be desirable.Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques.Experience of working under a Written Safe System of Work/Method Statements/Risk Assessments.Interviews will start as soon good candidates are available, if you are interested do not delay the response and forward you updated CV today.
