      <description>Location: Stevenage | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | About the Role:  As a CBRE Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.   This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.          What You''ll Do:    Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.  Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.  Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications.  Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
