Projects are based in London and the Southeast and cover various sectors including Healthcare, Residential Regeneration, Schools and Data Centres with values ranging from -5m - -130m. You will assist the Mechanical Technical Manager in the delivery and technical authorisation of Mechanical design information; from prequalification to completion with an emphasis on preconstruction (generally but not limited to RIBA Plan of Work Stages 3 to 6 / BSRIA BG6 Stages 3 to 6). You will build and lead effective relationships with MEP Consultants, Digital Engineering Coordinators and Specialist CDP Designers to maximise value/opportunity and mitigate risk. Responsibilities: Develop good working relations with the MEP and Digital Engineering Consultants for allocated project.
