      <description>Location: Greatham | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Wolviston Management Services are recruiting on behalf of Tioxide Materials Ltd for a Mechanical Technical Authority to join their Engineering team at their manufacturing facility in Greatham, Hartlepool, please see details below;       Job Purpose:   The Mechanical Technical Authority provides technical leadership and governance for all mechanical assets across the Greatham site. The role is responsible for defining engineering standards, ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate requirements, maintaining mechanical asset integrity, approving engineering practices and supporting long-term reliability and lifecycle management strategies.  The Mechanical Technical Authority acts as a technical approver for significant mechanical engineering decisions and ensures that mechanical risks are identified, assessed and controlled throughout the asset lifecycle.       Roles and Responsibilities:   ?
