Leading and motivating the team. Liaising with the other Team Leads and stakeholders in supporting operations within the naval base, ensuring that the day-to-day operations are managed. Attend jobs and support work activities, providing sound technical support, fault finding and advice alongside your team. Working collaboratively with the Scheduler, to ensure all work is planned accordingly, enabling effective assignment of tasks and maximising productivity, you ll be working with the EnACT and Chief Engineers team, seeking technical support and guidance when necessary. This role includes an on-call rota to support operational demands. You ll Have: Experience with leading and motivating teams.
