Mechanical Supervisor - Canary Wharf 300- 350 per day (Outside IR35) Long-Term ContractWe are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a leading MandE contractor on a flagship commercial fit-out project in Canary Wharf.This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile development, supporting the delivery of a fast-paced commercial scheme with a significant mechanical package. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving quality, safety, and programme performance throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all mechanical installation activities on siteManage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specificationMonitor daily progress and report updates to the Mechanical Site Manager and Project TeamEnsure compliance with all health and safety procedures, RAMS, and site standardsConduct quality inspections and oversee snagging and defect resolutionCoordinate labour, materials, plant, and logistics to maintain project momentumAttend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsReview drawings and technical information to ensure works are installed correctlyMaintain accurate site records, progress reports, and quality documentationRequirementsProven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial fit-out or building services projectsStrong technical knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plant rooms, and mechanical ..... full job details .....
