The project involves mechanical works within an existing services, predominantly consisting of ductwork and plumbing modifications. This is a relatively small project with a straightforward scope. The main requirement is for someone reliable and experienced who can take responsibility for the day-to-day site operation, manage the subcontractors and ensure all site documentation and Health & Safety requirements are maintained. The Role You will be the main site presence throughout the works, overseeing the mechanical subcontractors and acting as the day-to-day point of contact for the client''s site team.
