Mechanical Supervisor - Data Centre Project- Bracknell

The Shore Group are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a major Data Centre project in Bracknell.

This is a long-term opportunity for a supervisor with a strong background in mechanical services within mission-critical or Data Centre environments.

The Role

Working on a large-scale Data Centre project, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating mechanical subcontractors across multiple packages, including:

• Ventilation
• Pipework
• Air Conditioning
• Mechanical Services Installations

Please note, this is not a direct labour or man-management supervisory role. You will be managing subcontractor activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years'' experience in a Mechanical Supervisor position
• Valid CSCS & SSSTS
• Previous Data Centre experience is essential
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work packages
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Contract Details

• 6-month rolling contract
• Immediate start available
• 45-50 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 07:30am - 16:30/17:00pm
• CIS / Ltd Company contractors accepted (Outside IR35)
