Mechanical Supervisor

Streamline Recruitment is seeking an experienced Permanent Mechanical Supervisor for a reputable Building Services company based in London – Central and the Home Counties. This role involves overseeing mechanical installations and maintenance, ensuring projects are completed to high standards, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. You will act as a point of contact between site personnel, contractors, and clients, providing technical guidance and problem-solving support to facilitate smooth project delivery. The role requires a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, ideally within the building services sector
• Background working outside on various construction or installation sites
• Knowledge of Mechanical systems and installation processes
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• CAT A/B Commercial experience 
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on-site
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (preferred)
