The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities Supervise all mechanical installation works, including HVAC, plumbing, and associated building services. Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and site operatives. Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and programme. Monitor quality standards and carry out regular inspections. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Attend site meetings and liaise with the Project Manager, Main Contractor, and other trades. Identify and resolve site issues to maintain project progress.
