This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands on supervisor with strong leadership skills and a solid mechanical background. Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure programme targets are achieved Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with company and site procedures Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and quality checks Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades on site Monitor materials, deliveries, and workforce productivity Maintain high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance Assist with commissioning and project handover where required Mechanical Supervisor Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial projects Background in commercial refurbishment projects preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plumbing, and mechanical building services SSSTS or SMSTS certification desirable Valid ...
