Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor-

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a long-term commercial project in Oxford . This role involves overseeing mechanical installations on a live site, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical installation teams, including subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures
• Monitor installation quality and adherence to project specifications
• Coordinate with electrical and other trade supervisors
• Manage daily site activities and ensure programme targets are met
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on-site

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mechanical supervision within commercial construction
• Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework, and mechanical systems
• Experience working in live environments
• Relevant CSCS/Skill card
• Enhanced DBS required
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams
