Job DescriptionMandE Mechanical SupervisorRole PurposeWe are seeking an experienced MandE Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of mechanical works on a major project in Swansea. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance, while coordinating subcontractors and site personnel to meet programme deadlines. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of mechanical installation works within a construction or utilities environment. Location: Swansea Contract: 6 Months Hours: 50 hours per week Rate: 400 per dayKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day mechanical installation activities on site.Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures, client requirements and industry standards.Coordinate and supervise mechanical operatives, subcontractors and specialist contractors.Plan daily work activities to ensure project milestones and programme deadlines are achieved.Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks and safety inspections.Monitor quality standards and ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications and relevant regulations.Ensure all lifting operations are planned and carried out safely in accordance with lifting procedures.Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients and other trades to coordinate site ..... full job details .....
