Mechanical Supervisor

Involve Recruitment are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to support the delivery of commercial mechanical projects on site. This is a hands-on role overseeing site activities and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical trades and subcontractors on site
• Ensure works are completed safely and to programme
• Monitor quality and installation standards
• Assist with site coordination and planning
• Report progress to Project Managers
• Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications

Requirements:

• Experience in a mechanical supervisory role within commercial construction
• Strong site-based mechanical background
• SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Strong communication and leadership skills
